School Street Listings and District Map Including Buffer Zones

In order to maintain equitable class sizes across the district, “buffer zones” have been designated for each elementary school.  We use our buffer zones to assign students based on the capacity of each building.  Buffer zones are defined as areas in town from which individual addresses may be assigned to one of two elementary schools.  Once assigned to a school, a student remains in that school throughout elementary school.  Any street highlighted on the attached listings is in a buffer zone, and houses on both sides of the street are considered within the buffer zone
