Minutes - Wayland School Committee
Special Session  April 10, 2011  

A Special Session of the Wayland School Committee was held on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at 12:45 P.M. in the Middle School Gymnasium.

Present were:
Dr. Louis Jurist, Chair
Mrs. Barb Fletcher, Vice Chair
Dr. Malcolm Astley
Ms. Beth Butler
Dr. Shawn Kinney (arrived late and was not present for the special session)

Also:
Dr. Gary A. Burton
Superintendent of Schools

Mr. Brad J. Crozier
Assistant Superintendent

Mr. Geoffrey S. MacDonald
Business Administrator

Chair Louis Jurist convened the special meeting at 12:52 P.M.

1. Public Comment:
None.

2. Approval of Accounts Payables and Payroll Warrants:
Upon a motion duly made by Mrs. Fletcher, seconded by Ms. Butler, the School Committee voted unanimously (4-0) to approve payment of the following:
• Wayland Public Schools Payroll warrant, dated 4/7/2011, in the amount of $1,045,609.88
• Wayland Public Schools Accounts Payable warrant, dated 4/11/2011, in the amount of $207,814.58

3. Adjournment:
Upon a motion duly made by Mrs. Fletcher, seconded by Ms. Butler, the School Committee voted unanimously
(4-0) to adjourn the Special Session at 12:57 P.M.
