Diversity, Equity and Belonging
ABOUT
The Diversity, Equity, and Belonging department is responsible for cultivating an inclusive culture of equity and belonging where all students and staff feel recognized and supported. We provide anti-bias training for hiring committees, professional development in culturally responsive teaching and restorative practices, and coordinate the implementation of the district’s Non-Discrimination Protocol. We also offer resources to staff, parents, and caregivers working to raise inquisitive, thoughtful, and empathetic students who engage and thrive in an increasingly diverse community.
