a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) request form and present a government-issued photo I.D. at the
time of the finalist interview. Employment will be contingent upon
favorable review of the CORI and the national criminal background check through the Statewide Applicant Fingerprint Identification Services (SAFIS) Program.
