Summer Work

Each year, the Wayland Public Schools are able to fund a variety of summer work projects completed by Wayland teachers. Projects can cover a wide range of topics: common examples include revision of existing courses, development of new curricula, creation of common assessments, analysis of student learning results, preparation of professional development training materials, and identification of new learning resources.

Through the hard work of our teachers, and through the appreciated financial support of our community, Wayland Public Schools are able to use summer work projects to ensure that we keep improving as educators, and that we enrich the quality of our students’ learning.
